About Our Tent Leaders & Staff

Koinonia's tent leaders make WSC Lakeside extra special. WSC Lakeside leaders are 21 or older. They are volunteers who get recruited or selected through Koinonia's application process. First, the applicant submits an application, along with references. Then, the applicant submits a background check and completes a child protection course. Finally, the applicant attends the WSC Lakeside training. We have two nurses with us and most of our staff is trained in CPR and First Aid. To top it all off, our staff really loves spending time with campers. They delight in the opportunity to share the love of Christ and the joy of camp.
